Ishritrobots are a band from Hawaii that plays a very brutal form of technical death/grind mixed with deathcore and this is a review of their self released 2010 ep "Doom".
Drums range f rom slow, mid paced to fast drumming with a great amount of brutal sounding blast beats being thrown into the music, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with riffs that follow the riffing that is coming out of the times they have a very powerful sound to them.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, mid paced to fast riffs that combine grindcore with technical death metal and deathcore with a brief use of jazz style clean playing, while the lead guitars are very technical sounding death metal guitar solos.
Vocals range from guttural deep death/grind vocals mixed with pig squeels mixed in with some samples, while the lyrics cover hateful and violent themes, as for the production it has a very strong, powerful and heavy sound to it.
In my opinion Ishitrobots are a very great sounding technical death metal/deathcore/grindcore hybrid and if you are a fan of this style, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Bret Michaels Looks Like An Old Lesbian" "God Is Dead But My Hair Is Fine" "The Mars Volta Sucks" and "Doom". RECOMMENDED BUY.
