7 H. Target are a band from Russia that plays a very futuristic and brutal form of death metal and this is a review of their 2014 album "0.00. Apocalypse" which was released by Sevared Records.
A very heavy, brutal and slamming sound starts off the album along with some death metal growls a few seconds later and you can also hear elements of deathcore in the bands musical style and after awhile blast beats start becoming a huge part of the recording along with a small dose of melodic riffing.
When solos and leads are added onto the recording they take the music into more of a technical direction and you can also hear a good amount of samples from science fiction movies throughout the album and all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them as well as a good mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts.
7 H. target takes the slam and brutal sides of death metal and combine with some cyborg elements and while the music is not completely original the band ,manages to pull of this musical style very well, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover science fiction and gore themes.
In my opinion 7 H. target are a very decent sounding futuristic, brutal death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album> RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Mutants that Live For the Day" "Technofetishist" and "s-94". 7/5 out of 10.
