Necrotted are a band from Germany that has been featured before in this zine an d plays a brutal mixture of death metal and deathcore and this is a review of their 2017 album "Worldwide Warfare" which will be released in October by Rising Nemesis Records.
Radio samples start off the album along with the sounds of war before going into a heavier direction which also introduces death metal growls onto the recording and when the music speeds up a great amount of blast beats can be heard and the vocals also add in some touches of hardcore.
Throughout the recording you can hear a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while the riffs also bring in a decent amount of melody at times along with the mid tempo sections adding in elements of slam and deathcore and as the album progresses screams are added onto the recording while later songs also add in a small amount of melodic guitar leads and clean playing can also be heard briefly.
Necrotted creates another recording that remains true to the brutal death metal and deathcore mixture of previous releases, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover war, revolution, demise and misanthropy themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding album from Necrotted and if you are a fan of brutal death metal and deathcore, you should check out this recording. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Worldwide" "Vile Vermin" "Unity Front" and "Forlorn Planet". 8 out of 10.
