Enthrallment are a band from Bulgaria that has been featured before in this zine with a musical style I would describe as being brutal death metal with traces of grindcore and this is a review of their 2014 album "The Voice Of Human Perversity" which was released by Rebirth The Metal Productions.
The album starts out with a very heavy old school death metal sound along with all of the musical instruments having a very powerful sound which also leads up to deep growls and you can also hear traces of thrash in the music as well as melody and blast beats and after awhile the music brings in a mixture of mid paced and fast parts and then solos become a part of the music.
As the album continues the music gets more brutal in sound while also having a more raw feeling than the previous recording as well as having only a small amount of grindcore influences this time around and the song s seem to mix the rhythms of the new York death metal sound with the leads of the Florida style and after awhile a small amount of high pitched screams are added into the music.
With this album Enthrallment continue the brutal death metal sound of the previous recording while also having a more raw feeling this time around and you can hear a lot of the 90s death metal sound throughout the recording.
Song lyrics cover violence, gore and horror themes, while the production ha s a very raw, dark and heavy sound to it where you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In my opinion this is another great sounding album from Enthrallment and if you are a fan of brutal, old school death metal, you should check out this recording. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Screams Etched Within The Crags" "Rove In Hell" "Madness Coloured In Light" and "Tools of Suicide". 8 out of 10.
