Indignity are a band from Poland that has been featured before in this zine and plays a brutal mixture of death metal and grindcore and this is a review of their 2017 album "Realm Of Dissociation" which was released by Sliptrick Records.
Horror movie style atmospheres start off the album before going into a very fast and brutal direction which also uses a great amount of blast beats while the vocals are mostly death metal growls that also get very guttural at times along with the music also adding in elements of grindcore.
All of the musical instruments on the recording have a very powerful sound to them while pig squeals are also utilized at times as well as some touches of slam in the mid tempo sections of the song and the songs also bring in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts, when solos and leads are utilized they add in a touch of old school death metal and the music always remains brutal.
On this recording Indignity expand on their brutal death metal style by adding in elements of grindcore and slam, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover violence, hatred, society, religion and brutality themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Indignity and if you are a fan of brutal death metal and grindcore, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Genotype Of A Murder" "Bloodlust" "Whine Of Conceit" and "Keratoprosthesis". 8 out of 10.
