Inquiring Blood are a band from Germany that plays death metal with some touches of black and thrash metal and this is a review of their 2016 album "Morbid Creation" which will be released in December by Kernkraftritter Records.
Atmospheric sounding synths and bass guitars start off the album before going into a heavier musical direction and when the music speeds up a decent amount of blast beats can be heard and the vocals are mostly death metal growls and the riffing also brings in a great amount of groove while screams can also be heard at times.
Black metal influences can be heard in some of the vocals and some of the riffs also bring in a decent amount of melody and the songs also bring in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and some of the tracks also bring in horror movie samples and there are also elements of thrash being used by some of the riffing and when guitar solos and leads are utilized they give the songs a touch of death'n'roll.
Inquiring Blood plays a style of death metal that is mostly groove oriented while also mixing in some black and thrash metal influences, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover violent themes.
In my opinion Inquiring Blood are a very great sounding groove orientated death metal band with some touches of black and thrash metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Hell Commander" "Death And Decay" "The Swarm" and "Faceless". 8 out of 10.
