Deadend In Venice are a band from Germany that plays a very melodic brand of death metal and this is a review of their 2011 album "See You On The Ground" which was released by Massacre Records.
Drums range from slow, midpaced to fast drumming with some blast beats, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with riffs that follow the riffing that is coming out of the guitars and at times they sound very powerful.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, midpaced to fast melodic death metal riffing with some slow soft playing being used at times, while the lead guitars are very melodic sounding metal guitar solos that utilize alot of skill and talent.
Vocals are mostly high pitched melodic death metal scrams with a good amount of clean singing female vocals, while the lyrics cover dark themes, as for the production it has a very heavy powerful and professional sound and you can hear all of the musical instruments.
In my opinion Deadend In Venice are a very good melodic sounding death metal band and if you are a fan of this style, you should check out this band. RECEMMONDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Hate Sweet Hate" "War" "Lat Chance" and "Dirty LOittle Princess". RECEMMONDED BUY.
