1. Can you update us with what is going on with NecronomicoN these days?
Well we pretty much getting ready the release of the new album and what is coming with that , also thinking about re release the sacred album who's never been release world wide
and might start to writting new material, thats pretty much for now.
2. Recently you have signed with Napalm Records, how did you comr in contact with them and how has the support been so far?
So far its good, i dont have anything to complain. The wy we came in contact is a bit long to tell , but i can resume . We started looking for a new label when the album was getting close to be doen
one person i personaly made me realised that we had forgot to contact Napalm was making a good point saying that that label would be good for us and that we would be a nice accet for them
after starting to talk with Napalm the world economic situation started to be too hard and they asked us if we could wait because they had to fix some stuff....so we waited and when they came back they made us an offer
that was way more logical than the other labels we were talking with at the time...so here we are now.
3. I noticed on your albums you have had a different concept, Egyptian Mythology on one, and Native American, on the other one, what is the concept for the new one?
Feminity , the omega poer that dwell in everyone no matter what sex is the incarnation , we are all born from and alpha and omega source and we bear these 2 element in us. Most of people now are alpha drive , meaning that men or women
are more drinvin by a male anergy that bring material and physical need, the new album talk about waking up the omega energy that is more spiritual, that same energy that the church try to make people forget and destroy becaue it bring
human being close the unity with the creation and cosmos ....and that something they dont want because when human becom one with all and all in one religion is not needed because we become what we are really,gods oursleves.
4. What are some of the best shows that you have played so far and how would you describe your stage performance?
Best shows........well we like playing live that our main thing and we give has much as we can and when the crowed is with us its break the roof. The best shows ...its not really easy to say but touring with Behemoth and Dimmu borgir
is really something we wont forget , its because of the stage and crowed yes , but all the things beside that .
I think we are more a live band than a studio one to be honest.
5. What are the touring plans for the new album?
I cant say for sure ow because we are working on that right now and nothing 100% sure have been comfirmed but we aim for the best and i think we ll be on something really nice tour a bit everywhere, we are aiming for US first but we never been in Erope yet so
its in our plans for sure.
6. Out off all the albums that you have done so far which one are you the most satisfied with?
The new one for sure , in the past i was restraining myself too much, not doing or adding all the element i was hearing in my head, i really had a problem doing that because i wanted to create something new ...or i dont know it was weird at that time
but now its different i told myself i ll do what i want and if people dont like it well thats their problem , i dont what i want and how i want thats it .
7. How would you describe the musical progress over the years and what direction do you see the band heading into on future releases?
Its more a return for us a bit like the title says, we have been around for a long time and sometime you lose yourself with all the things that are goin around in the industry , so we came to a full circle and we are more at the roots of what we were doing at the
begining but of course we a more actual touch , i think we ll be goin in that direction , honest and true to what we are deep down .
8. What version of the Necronomicon influenced your band name?
None, i chose that name while i was reading lovecraft because beside the : roughly translated as book of the dead, the reall description of what necronomicon mean was really cose to what the band context is .
the really meaning of the word is : Things that are related to death customs, practices and laws , and thats why we took that name.
8. What are some bands or musical styles that have influenced your music and what are you listening to nowadays?
For my part im really old school , i was into kiss as a kid ,judas priest, mercyful fate after and not really long after celtic frost and bathory , but this last ones really infleunced me on the dark aspect , musically its bit more complex i think and would be too long to explain.
About that other guys , i know D was really into iron maiden and has been in jazz music school for a while and Rick is from the Pantera , Testament era but told me that he liked Kreator because they had more bass drums section.
These days i cant say much about what the guys are into but i think its the new rammstein. Me i dont listen much music these days .
9. What are some occult, metaphysical and pagan topics that have had the most effect on youtes?
Well first , native mystic way of life because i ve been raise that way. A good part of my life has been around that so there many things there. But i could say that my actual way of seeing the world is closer from the budish way than anything else. Something is really clear tho, its that im an totally
anti christian and really cant tolerate that. I mean i wont spend my time telling people to destroy them , theres alot of people doing that already, but really some people are totally brained washed and will never realised the true meaning of what they are because of that insane religion.
10. How has the newer material been recieved so far by extrme metal fans worldwide?
So far good, well the promotion as been started not long ago so we are just at the start , but yeah its doing good.
11. What are some of your interests outside of music?
Rick like motorcicle ride and hockey , D is into photographie and me i spend much time on the band and with the industry and so for now dont have alot of time for myself .
