Internal Suffering are a band originally from Columbia but now relocated to Spain and plays a very brutal and technical form of death metal with elements of grindcore and this is a review of their 2016 album "Cyclonic Void of Power" which will be released on June 24th by Unique Leader.
Nature sounds and spoken word parts start off the album which have a Lovecraft atmosphere to t hem and after the intro the music goes into a heavier direction along with some fast riffs, death metal growls, and brutal blast beats a few seconds later and the music can also get very technical at times.
Throughout the recording t here is a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and the vocals can also get very guttural at times along with a small amount of high pitched screams and you can also hear t he influence of grindcore in some of the riffing and all of the songs avoid using any solos and leads while all of t he songs remain true to a very heavy and brutal style and you can also hear a small amount of melody in the guitar riffing.
Internal Suffering plays a style of death metal t hat is very brutal and guttural while also mixing in technical elements and influences of grindcore to create a style of their own, the production sound s very professional while the lyrics cover the writings of H.P Lovecraft, Egyptain Magick, ocucltism and Left Hand Path themes.
In my opinion Internal Suffering are a very great sounding brutal and technical grind/death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Unleash the Anarctic Colossus" "Monumental Crusade" "Cyclonic Void Of Power" and "Orbitras Ancestrales De poder". 8 out of 10.
