Foul Body Autopsy are a solo project from the United Kingdom that has been featured before in this zine and plays a brutal and melodic mixture of death metal and grindcore with a touch of black metal and this is a review of his 2016 ep "Perpetuated by greed" which will be released in February as a joint effort between Grindscene Records and Comatose Music.
Spoken word samples start off the ep along with some distorted sounds and after a minute the music goes into more of a fast and technical death metal direction that also uses a great amount of blast beats, growls, high pitched screams which bring elements of grindcore onto the recording and blast beats.
Throughout the recording you can hear a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while some riffs also bring in a touch of thrash and most of the tracks are very short in length and there is also a touch of black metal on the recording and all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them.
On this recording Foul Body Autopsy goes for more of a brutal and melodic style of death metal while also mixing in elements of thrash, grind and black metal which makes the songs stand out a bit more, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover enviromental issues.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Foul Body Autopsy and if you are a fan of brutal, technical and melodic death metal that is mixed with grindcore, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Enslaved The Rest Of Creation" and "Devoid of Humanity". 8 out of 10.
